"Unfortunately I had to use the route protection. I really wanted my luggage instead. It was a pretty decent turnaround time. Hopefully Beis will use a different carrier to deliver next time. A friend of mine notified me today she found the same luggage in Nordstrom so I’ll be getting it after all!"
"I’m bias on paying extra for shipping expenses. On this purchase, I did pay for the shipping protection. In my opinion, if my package does not arrive or delivered on time, the responsibility should be on the sender and not the receiver."
