"I’ve ordered from Beis multiple times and this is my first experience extremely unhappy with my order. I received my bag with scuffs on it and I reached out and was told to simply use a magic eraser or a damp cloth. I paid over $140 for this bag. Why do I have to address the stain myself? The support team was unhelpful. I simply wanted a bag without scuffs and in good condition for the price I paid. If I saw this bag in this condition in a traditional brick and mortar shop I would never select it with the scuffs on it. I simply wanted an exchange for a bag in better condition and was told to use soap and water."

"Overall, a good bag. However, it falls over toward the laptop pocket when the laptop is inside of it. It’s small details like this where Beis is missing the mark on making excellent bags."
