Item Arrived Scratched
"I’ve ordered from Beis multiple times and this is my first experience extremely unhappy with my order. I received my bag with scuffs on it and I reached out and was told to simply use a magic eraser or a damp cloth. I paid over $140 for this bag. Why do I have to address the stain myself? The support team was unhelpful. I simply wanted a bag without scuffs and in good condition for the price I paid. If I saw this bag in this condition in a traditional brick and mortar shop I would never select it with the scuffs on it. I simply wanted an exchange for a bag in better condition and was told to use soap and water."
