"Was originally upset when item arrived as the personalization was incorrect. Reached out to customer service. They quickly rectified the issue and were able to place replacement order within a few days. There was expected back and forth that delayed the replacement being ordered but no complaints as responses were received within a day or so which is impressive during holiday season.
