"My first bag came with a faulty zipper. Beis worked quickly to send me a new one. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time for my flight. But, my well behaved pup was able to fly with a bag whose top didn't zip. The bag was light weight and the laptop pouch came in very handy. I do wish it had a little more depth to it so you could fit more than just a lap top."
