"Everything about the bag seems great except for one of the pockets being partially sewn shut from the custom embroidery. I tried to cut the stitching without damaging the bag but was unsuccessful and have a small hole in that pocket now. If I didn't need the bag for a trip next week, I would try to exchange it."

"Item was shipped by the postal service and ITEM TO LARGE FOR BOX! Seriously? Of course the package would be too large for a standard mailbox. Too two trips to the postal station where large items are to be picked up. . . first trip to no avail. . . no package. Second trip. . . Bingo! 40 miles round trip twice! Why would you send anything through the USPS? Previous items arrived by UPS or Fed EX. No more BEIS purchases unless UPS or Fed EX delivery is guaranteed."

"I needed a new duffle and I love BÉIS! I’ve had their check in medium luggage and had to get a matching maple weekender. Only feedback I would give is allowing the shoe compartment to be able to detach if not needed. Otherwise I love the quality and all the pockets."
