"Customer seevice is terrible. My items were shipped with two seperate carriers. One UPS and USPS. I still have not recieved my order that was shipped with USPS, now 4 weeks later. I have been back and forth with Beis customer service, who only provide me a tracking number. The tracking number shows my order has been in St Louis since August 5th. Two weeks now. I called Beis’ customer service number today and they informed me I need to take it up with USPS. I called USPS which we all know can be a pain. I filed a service request. When they called me they have no more information than it says online. Who knows if I will ever get my missing items. I ordered this with more than enough time for a trip I am taking, but it doesnt look like I will recieve it in time. It is extremely frustrating. Next time I will go with a different luggage brand for sure."
