What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders?

Bulk ordering is available for quantities of 10–100 units on select styles.

Can I customize my bulk order?

Yes. Custom logo options are available on select products. Choose “Upload Your Logo” on the product page to get started.Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you via email  in 1-4 business days with a digital image proof for approval. Once approved, the team will start on your order.

How long will my personalized order take?

Personalized bulk orders can be delivered as early as 28 days from the date your order is placed. When personalizing, you’ll be able to select from available target delivery dates.

Is shipping free on bulk orders?

Yes, free standard shipping applies to bulk orders.

Can I expedite my order?

Expedited shipping may be available depending on your order and timeline. Fill out the form above and our bulk order team can review your request and provide an expedited shipping quote if available.

Can I order a style that isn’t available for bulk ordering online?

Can I place an order for more than 100 units?

Can I request other customization or special order options?

For alternate customization, ACH payment, white-glove delivery, or other requests outside our standard online ordering options, fill out the form above and our bulk order team will help determine what’s possible.

Can I order BÉIS collaboration products in bulk?

No. Limited-edition collaboration products are not eligible for bulk ordering.

Do bulk orders qualify for points in your Rewards program?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do promotions or discount codes apply to bulk orders?

Bulk and corporate gifting orders are not eligible for standard promotions, discount codes, or sitewide sales offered on our website.

These orders are processed separately from regular consumer purchases and are priced based on volume, customization, and fulfillment requirements. Because of this, they are not able to be combined with additional promotional offers.

If you’re interested in placing a bulk or corporate gifting order, our team will be happy to work with you to provide the best available pricing based on your order details.

What is the return and exchange policy for bulk orders?

All corporate gifting items are final sale. Should an item be delivered in less-than-perfect condition or defective after use, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@beistravel.com.

Can items be shipped to multiple locations?

Right now bulk orders are limited to a single shipping address.
