Orders placed by 2:30pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship same day. For new product launches, restocks, US holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing due to our high volume.

Transit times are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is not-for-profit center.

Returns & Exchanges

We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.beistravel.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days. We offer free exchange requests and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a $10 handling fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.


To request a return, please select the “Returns & Exchanges” option below. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please select the “Quality Guarantee“ option below within 45 days of the delivery date. Please follow the prompts and provide the requested information and we’ll take care of the rest.
